I was very pleased with Ace Limousine and the party bus they were able to provide us for my wife an my wedding. They provided a bus that could hold up to 29 people with no issues, and even provided us a bottle of complimentary champagne for the event.The driver was on time, and was able to drop the wedding party at the desired photo spot and final destination with ease.Overall, excellent service, communication, and in general, they made the whole process easy. This company is on time, very responsible with that, reasonably priced. But the best thing is they took care of my girl when she was going to the concert. And then the second night I went with her and they were very polite and I can that the driver knew what she was doing. Thank you so much.
From the prompt replies to my many questions during the booking process, to the actual transportation the day of, Ace Limousine was phenomenal. My coworkers commented on the comfort and cleanliness of the shuttle bus. We booked Ace for transportation to and from a Phillies game, and our driver Joseph was fabulous. He dropped us right at the entrance of the stadium, my friend and I thought our bags would be small enough to take into the stadium but we ended up getting turned away at the gate. I called Joseph and he came right back and kept our bags safe for us on the shuttle during the whole game (he even checked with us to make sure we took our IDs with us in case we needed them inside the game!) He was also right outside waiting for us at our agreed pick up time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
We used Ace for our wedding and had a wonderful experience! We booked one of their party buses to drive the bridal party to the ceremony and the reception. Our driver, Ray, was extremely pleasant, very accommodating and easy going. It was very cold on our wedding day and Ray made sure that the bus was fully heated and close by so we could quickly hop on the bus to warm up during our outdoor pictures. I would definitely recommend using Ace, they were great!
Margaret was wonderful and I would highly recommend her! She was awesome with our boys! They had the best time on the way to their prom. She gave 110 percent Customer Service! But we don’t consider her just our driver, she now gained some more friends! I knew when our boys left, they were in great hands!!! Thanks Again Margaret!!
My husband and I agree that Ace Limousine service was an excellent choice for transporting our bridal party and guests around downtown Philadelphia during our wedding day! They were a pleasure to work. They were wonderfully attentive on how to get people in-between the hotel and venue safely and efficiently. The Ace Limousine drivers were wonderful as they dealt with the challenges of terrible city drivers and the commotion of the Naked Philly Bike Ride. The party bus was very clean and roomy. The interior lighting of the party bus perfectly set the mood for our bombastic wedding!My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend Ace Limousine services for your important events.
Absolutely amazing service! We used Ace for our wedding day last week and it couldn’t have been better. The planning process was smooth and their team was able to help get a plan in place accommodating traffic, making sure everyone was where they needed to be, and were always friendly if changes needed to be made. The 32 person shuttle was spacious and felt brand new. Ray was our driver and he was an absolute doll. We loved him! Thank you Ace! We will be using your services again for sure.
Ace Limousine Service is fantastic! They have the most reliable, friendly and professional drivers in the business. Calvin Donald was my driver last night for a 4 hour trip to Long Island, NY from Norristown, PA and back. It was 4 hours each way. Calvin was wonderful and made the long ride very pleasurable. All of Ace’s drivers are great. I’ll never use any other car service.
We hired Ace for our wedding Transportation. They were on time and very professional. I rented the rolls Royce for myself and a party bus for my bridal party. The driver of my car was the absolute sweetest. I honestly feel terrible I can’t remember her name, but there’s so much going on that day. She was the best! She helped me & my giant dress in and out of the vehicle. They also gifted my Husband and I these personalized toasting glasses which is unbelievable so kind and unexpected!
