How many months before my wedding should I book transportation?

We recommend booking wedding transportation 6-12 months prior to ensure the exact vehicle you desire is available. If your wedding is on a Saturday between the months of April-December then it is considered a peak wedding date and availability can be limited.

What should I expect after my wedding transportation is booked?

After reserving, you will receive an email to confirm your reservation. Please take the time to review this confirmation, ensuring that all addresses and timelines are correct. Once you have been booked, the reservation is finalized — unless changes are needed, there is no need for further contact. You’ll receive a payment reminder 14 days before your wedding and then we’ll follow up with a confirmation email and phone call 72 hours prior to service to reconfirm all the details.

What are the payment terms? Are there any “hidden fees”?

We require a 30% non-refundable deposit to reserve, with final payment due 4 weeks prior to service. Every rate quoted will always include all charges, including the chauffeur gratuity.

How does “Guest Shuttling” work?

For shuttle buses ranging from 14-36 passengers, we offer a 4-hour block package. The vehicle can be used for as many trips as needed for 2 hours prior to the wedding and as many trips as needed for 2 hours after the wedding. For our larger shuttle buses such as our 44 or 56 Passenger Coach Buses, we offer a flat rate package to get all passengers to and from the venue with designated trips.
